We hold poker days approximately every 3 months and they have proven to be a great success, not only financially for our club but they are fun filled events for everyone to enter including beginners.

These events are run as tournaments and there is strictly no cash betting. Entrants purchase a ticket which entitles them to 2,400 points worth of chips for the event as well as a buffet midway through.

The aim of the game is to be the player with all of the chips, If you lose your chips you’re out of the game.

There are prizes for the final 6 (or 8 depending on number of entrants).

We also run a beginners session before the event begins so as to encourage new players to come along.
